A-CHAMP's primary mission is to empower parents. When parents become advocates for their children - Parent Advocates - "lobbyists" are unnecessary, celebrity spokesperson are less important and our voice as parents will be heard. On this page we will document parent advocacy efforts on behalf of children with neurodevelopmental disorders. If you know of a parent advocacy effort let us know or, if you read an article or report about such an effort send it on to us. We will post it here to show what parents can do. This way we can show how parents are becoming the voice for children, and by seeing models of successful parent advocacy parents new to the political arena can find their voice. We can also find out about efforts that we can join, building coalitions of parents in various organizations so that we may amplify our collective voice.
